no, that's not the issue. You would know that if you had read my posts. People want a particular helmet and when they are told it will be available, they wait for it. When they wait for 3 weeks and then are told that it actually isn't avaliable, they get pissed. They don't just go out and buy another 45$ helmet because the price is the same.
